My girlfriend and I were going to move into a 2 bedroom apartment, the deposit was $200 but we only had 75 the first day, he gladly accepted it, and we looked at the apartment and it looked great!, however a few days later we came back with the 125 and gave it to him, he decided to take another look at the apartment. when we got into the apartment, there were cockroaches everywhere! they say they spray every month, but aparently not! we asked for the deposit back mainly the 125 because we no longer wanted to live there, and they refused!! I am currently looking into a small claims lawyer, please do your self a favor, and save a lil money, dont waste your time on this dump apartment complex‎
