Poor Service; Child-Like Trinkets
I was eager to visit this store after visiting the website. Unfortunately, when I walked in, the woman who was working there waited about 5 minutes to greet me, even though there was only one other person in the store and I was actually in front of the store personnel. I chose a necklace from a holder and walked (far) over to a mirror (mirrors are NOT conveniently placed), decided it was a maybe, and placed it on an adjoining holder next to a necklace that was exactly the same. The woman then said to me in a sanctimonious, condescending voice, "Don't you see there are seven necklaces per holder? That's what I'm doing here. If you're not going to buy it, it needs to go on its proper holder." Sheesh, lady. I was thinking about buying it, since it was the only necklace in the store that didn't look like my 9-year-old niece made it, but her rude attitude lost my service. Not to mention that I will tell my friends to shop elsewhere, like Fly High Little Bunny, where service is excellent.
Two thumbs down! Review the rules of proper customer service, .925 Silver Street!
