DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! My dog was left in a cage for eight hours without being allowed to release himself. My dog was in the groomers care from 8:30 in the morning until 3:00 P.M. The stress placed on my pet was unnecessary neglect. Most times my dog came home depressed from the groomers. When normally he is spunky. Because my dog had long hair, the groomer didn't like doing his grooming. She would groom him at the end of the day. She asked me to pick him up late because she did the other dogs first because my dog had so much hair. This comment should have been a red flag for me. It is unfortunate that the office manager defended the groomers actions. Both of them do not need to work in the profession of taking care of animals.

I also used to go to this vets office and I tell you the service has gone down while the prices have gone up! I went to board my cat like I always have, and the price went from $12 per day to $18 per day! Ready for this one??? A hamster..$14 per day! For what? To sit in a cage and do absolutely nothing? NUTS

I had used this place for many years until my last pet passed away.
They used to have a vet. working there that was so cold, that it seemed to turn me off from returning to that place again when I get a new pet.
My pet was sick and all he could say is put him to sleep instead of trying to heal him.
I understand he is no longer there.....I guess he had too man complaints
