You will have to sign a Patient Financial Responsibility form. I have signed this type of form for other dental and medical services but I have always been given the services. I went to Dr. Moses for a root canal. He was not able to do the work but I was still charged $419.00 of a $509.00 bill and now have to have the tooth removed. My insurance only paid $90.00 bacause the work was not done. I paid $222.00 before I left his office. Knowing the work had not been done I was surprised to receive a bill for $197.00. They don't care if you are paying them for nothing. Once you sign the responsibility form they have you.
