Johnny on the Spot!
The phone is answered by the cheery voice of "Kelly" who does her absolute best to get someone out as quickly as possible. More times than not, the plumber shows up BEFORE the scheduled time -- so unlike so many other services! They are professional, friendly and customer service oriented. We have a building that is VERY old and the plumbing is a challenge. Extremely happy with the service received from Steve Silva Plumbing -- would highly recommend!

Sorry Service
The service for this company is very bad. They show absolutely no concern when leaving a customer without water in the kitchen for 24+ hours. They are slow to get back with resolutions and will not go out of their way to ensure that a part is acquired no matter where it is. The receptionist is indifferent to the customer's issue(s). I will never recommend Steve Silva Plumbing to any of my family or friends.
