I ordered four shirts. Delivery was slow, and they were cut too small, so I returned them. I received only two shirts back. I sent several emails and made phone calls. They said they would get back by the end of the day, etc , but nothing happened. I paid for four shirts and got two. Stay away from these people.

We ordered approx $212 (plus shipping $15) worth of clothing from Silberman’s Army Navy store aka workinggear early March. We received our order separately and needed to exchange one item for a larger one. We used the shipping label enclosed and sent the item according to the “return/exchange” policy. I recently noticed a $30.40 charge on our account and called them to clarify this. Today, they told me that was from returning and for them shipping back the item to us! I replied that it only cost $15 to send the WHOLE order and you’re going to charge that for ONE item?? I was disgusted and wouldn’t take NO for an answer, so I spoke to “Rance”, another incompetent employee. He was trying to convince me that charge was their policy. I refused to believe that a company would overcharge that much for an EXCHANGE NOT a return. I told him that I would return the whole order and then they could refund me the entire $212!! That would be their loss, because my husband wears the heck of these pants. I also complained that they had easy access to our credit card to charge that so easily. I blocked them from anymore charges and any other attempts would be fraudulent. So…in the end, Rance said that he would “request” the refund. I agreed. One hour later, an email was sent from Silberman’s Army Navy, which refunded only ½. What a shady company. I will never order from there again, neither will the law enforcement office I work for either.
