I bought a car from the folks at Signer tonight and came away not only satisfied with the customer service in the sales area, but also got a great deal. Having read another post severly critical of the non-sales service, I felt that the need to jprovide my personal perspective as experienced this evening with Jason, Richard and the owner Mr. Signer. I recommend Signer Buick Cadillac.

Signer does not know what Customer Service means. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning at 8am with a promise to be done the same day. By 3pm I called and left a message. I called again at 4pm and the service guy said it will be done the next day. The car is still under warranty, so I requested a loaner, they said they don't have any, but I can pay to rent one. The next day, same thing. They called at 4pm, saying it will be until Monday. Its Monday at 3:30, no calls from them yet. Its been 5 days, I don't know what's going on or when my car will be done (this was supposed to be a 1.5 hour job). This really sucks. I've been without a car for 5 days. I will never bring my car in for service here again.
