The young lady that helped me choose a sign was nice, then sign took forever to get, install went poorly, first sign did not light, then half of sign did not light

They are more interested in themselves and telling you what you need to do instead of listening to what you want. There are nicer people to deal with

Happy with my SignCraft sign!
I am happy to provide this review of Sign Craft. Too often time is spent complaining about the downside of local businesses. It's good to write a positive note about a Naples business that has been around since the 70s.
Pros: Friendly, bright sales lady. No hassles with permit, they did it all. Hard working men who put the sign in. A wonderful sign that's still shining!
Cons: The only "con" we can think of is that the permit seemed to take a long time.
Value: Though we got lower prices from others, we learned that all signs aren't created equally. SignCraft's knowledge & use of qualities of products educated us - you pay for what you get.
Service: Since they had been in business for so many years, we were comfortable with the warranty & stated service after sale. Our sign will have been up 3 years on 12/12/09 & it's shining as brightly as ever!
