ordered a new kitchen and 4 marbel bathrooms, every thing was done on time and within budget. would recomend highly. they are really bussy, so sometimes they can be a day or 2 off the time table. but for the price & quality i got, i am super happy.

They called me to let me know that weren?t going to make the window of time when it had ended. Next the manager Ashcon lied to me stating that the crew had car troubles and they were running behind. Two guys showed up 1 ? hours late to prep for the granite. Those two were finished in 15 minutes and waited for the next crew to show up. A few hours later Ashcon told me they were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and they would be there asap. My mother in law who lives near where ?they were stuck in traffic? got to my house in 20 minutes. Ashcon then continued to ignore my calls, not return my calls and at one point even hung up on me. I found out that there was only one crew working and that they had been stuck at a job this entire time. There were no car troubles or traffic. The crew showed up at 6:30pm, that is 5 ? hours late. While installing the countertops they realized that the pieces around my stove were wrong. They had to come the following day and finish the job. I was offered a cutting board for my troubles that I never received. I spoke with the owner Hootan, who led me to believe he worked for the people that hired them to do the job. He mocked me throughout our conversation and accused me of black mailing him. He said he could not discount the price but he could give me some scrap granite for my bathroom. He also said I would have to sign a paper stating that I was happy and wouldn?t say anything bad about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service, they lie and make you feel inferior. Not at one point did they have any compassion for my situation and said that?s how it goes in construction. I dealt with several contractors while remodeling and not one experience was like this one.
