Dr. Fleming is an extremely knowledgeable neurosurgeon. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns, and is never condescending - and that is an understatement.

There are sometimes mixups with the office staff and also her assistant, but the doctor herself is wonderful and HIGHLY recommended. Since she is one of the MOST requested neurosurgeons in Reno and is one of the most expert in this part of the United States (seriously, I've read testimonials and reviews on her elsewhere), she is sometimes difficult to make an appointment with (unless it's urgent-then she gets you right in).

I had an extremely tough decision to make regarding surgery and her being the conservative surgeon that she is, helped me tremendously.

She's truly one of the best in her field.
