This mobile home park is the prettiest I've ever seen! They have a lovely little stream with a duck pond in the front of the park. At the back, behind the clubhouse, is a very picturesque small lake. Lots of Canada geese, ducks, and bunnies adorn the lawns. The management has numerous activities throughout the year for the residents to attend. The maintenance crew does a great job of doing repairs in a timely and professional manner. The management is personable, approachable, and works hard to keep all the residents happy. If you're looking for a quiet, lovely mobile home park operated by a helpful and respectful staff, then this is definitely the place for you!

Feels like you are out in the country, but you are really quite close to some great shopping! Friendly people and well maintained grounds....I highly recommend it for folks looking to settle in affordable housing in Rocklin!

sieera lakes mobile home park is one of the best communities iv'e ever lived in! Yes these parks have rules and regulations,just like any other community as in town homes,appts and gated communities... and they have these rules for a reason. to keep this place a clean and safe enviroment!For the nay-sayers....you can always move to a community that meets your needs better.You cant please everyone all the time!Thats just life!

I help with the annual Haunted House at the park. I have have done this going on three years now, in fact for the past two years I was not a resident but my sister was. As of April of this year I purchased a home in the community. After seeing all of the events the park puts on, from bingo, to poker games and many others, it really is a nice place to raise a family. I walk the park with my family each night, we watch the baby bunnies, and geese grow up. My son and I go fishing in the lake and even catch fish. Its nice to live in such as well maintained community. Park management is easy to work with, and tries really hard to keep the park clean.

My husband and I searched for 2 years before we found this community. We felt the peaceful atmosphere almost immediately. We are delighted to have been accepted as residents, and feel very honored to live among our friendly and helpful neighbors. Granted, there are a couple of folks living here who have nothing better to do than complain, but their kind are just about everywhere. I feel sorry for them, actually, because they could be contributing to the beauty of our neighborhood, if they could only see the glass as half full. How very sad. They are missing so much enjoyment.
