Floyd Otwell has inspected my house. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and takes digital pictures of any defects so you can see them on paper along with an explanation. I really liked that he takes you along on the inspection so you can learn about the house and where the services are. He let's you ask questions and is very personable. He has also been trained in mold detection and can recognize a problem if he sees it. He will let you know of any areas that may need further attention. I'd recommend Floyd to anyone with confidence.
