I work at a GM dealership and so I figured that I wouldn't be taken advantage of here. How wrong I was. The salesmen are not knowledgable about their product, and the sales managers all talk like they are on your side but then they try to screw you on the interest rate or on some feature of the car. I think the thing that got me the most was that my window sticker was not given to me (they threw it away) and then they lied straight to my face telling me that my truck did not come equipped with keyless entry, which I couldn't verify by myself because they had (conveniently for them) thrown away my window sticker that has all of that information. So I took my truck to the service manager at the dealership I work at, who then verified that the truck did if fact have keyless entry. He programmed two remotes for me so that I could prove to Sierra Chevrolet that it did have it so that they would give me my remotes. When I went back in and showed proof, all they did was tell me that I didn't pay for keyless entry, that the truck didn't come equipped with it and all they would do is give me two used remotes that only had lock and unlock, not a panic button like it should, and he wanted me to feel grateful for him because he was apparantly "giving" me two remotes "for free". Honestly, I don't even know how this dealership is still in business. If they treat a fellow GM employee in this matter, I don't even want to know how they treat all of their other customers who may not be as knowledgable about the product.
Pros: There are some nice people on the sales staff and they do sell a good product.
Cons: They lie to and take advantage of their customers.

Rip off service repair by Ebmar A. at InsiderPages
I have my Isuzu Trooper take it to repair and diagnos a solenoid problem and said they don't have a parts will ship overnight for additional $200.00 (They are Isuzu parts and service dealer) which I said no rush I can take a bus and wait until parts arrive. Then after a week said they called me when they try to put solenoid they notice lots of scrap metal found that I need a transmission. I told him that why it was diagnos before and takes a week to tell me a transmission problem becoming more and more to grind me until I decided to pull out my car and go somewhere else mechanic.
So beware with this Sierra Autocars in Monrovia repair its a completely rip off auto repair.

Problems not fixed after $600 repair
Sierra used to be great but lately, I've had a lot of problems. My Odyssey dies at random intervals while driving. I spent $600 on a repair but the car still dies. Stephen at Sierra said they won't refund because he said that according to their tests, the car is fine. So I'm out my $600 + the car still dies.
