The woman who does the alterations here is the sweetest gal, her name is Helen. I also think she may be the owner, she's constantly working here. She does complimentary pressing and no matter how busy she gets if you ask her she'll try her best to do my pants within a couple of days. And it's not a quick crap job, she's amazing.
