I've had a couple of things tailored and drycleaned at this location. The sewing is very professional and staff are friendly.‎

They made a whole on my suit pants and argued that it wasn't them.
They didn't even examine the garments when I took them in and it was surely done by them because I never dry cleaned the pants since I bought them and I wore them regularly!
The rude Korean young lady (I think she's the daughter of the owner) was completely ignoring me while I was speaking to her and she was serving other customers real nicely!
She was keep saying that how she never saw this case from her entire laundry business and I should have been smoking or out to night clubs or something!
I tried to argue but didn't want to pick a fight with this nonesense lady and left the place feeling upset!
I swore I will never go back to this place again. There are so many cleaners to choose from in the neighborhood and I think they will keep losing customers with this attitude and bad customer service!
I would've been happy if they apologize and at least reimburse for the dry cleaning fee!
The lady was keep saying that it is impossible to have made a whole from the process in the factory and didn't want to admit that it could be possible. Way to run the business!!
