My whole experience was awesome. From the time I got the estimate to the time I picked my car up I was treated as if I were the only customer they had. I am very particular about my BMW and I could not believe how well the repairs and paint looked when I got it back. I was referred there by my "GREEN" friends since they are a green bodyshop and that was just a PLUS to the fine work that they turn out. I would recomend Shur-Way to anyone in need of repairs to their car.

I AM VERY PLEASED I TOOK MY CAR TO SHUR-WAY AUTO BODY. MY 2006 IMPALA IS LIKE MY BABY AND I WAS UPSET WHEN SOMEONE DENTED MY CAR AND DIDN'T LEAVE A NOTE. I WENT TO SHUR-WAY AUTO BODY AND I FELT ALOT BETTER. IT'S A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE OK WITH MY CAR. THEY EVEN HAD A SHOP DOG THAT WAS SO CUTE! THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE TO MY VEHICLE. THEY GOT ME ON THEIR SCHEDULE AND WAS ABLE TO GET ME MY CAR BACK IN THE TIME THEY PROMISED. THEY DID INCREDIBLE WORK! MY BABY LOOKS JUST LIKE BRAND NEW! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

This Body shop was recommended to me by my mechanic (who is awesome), Marshall's Auto Service. Maybe it was recommended because it was close by. However, I was really frustrated with them, because they told me that they would be able to look at my car the day that I dropped it off- and they didn't. Then, I was told that my car would be repaired by a certain day, and it wasn't. Because of the holiday, my car would not be able to be repaired until a week later from the date that I dropped it off. Considering that I did not have transportation, I found this to be a BIG PROBLEM. I have not gotten my car back, so I cannot comment on the value of their work, but in their work ethic I was appalled by their inconsideration and undependability. I wish I would have taken my car elsewhere.
