Horrible experience. Staff was rude, which turned out to be a huge problem, since we had to go ask twice for the balls to be returned. Which we only had to do because the lanes were so oily that the balls got slippery and ended up just spinning somewhere in the ball return. Someone mentioned in their review that the place is "not for kids"... atmosphere aside, if you do bring your kids, make sure they have their own ball. There were maybe two or three house balls that were under 10 pounds or less, and only a handful of 12-pound balls. Most were 14 or 16, and drilled for folks with very large hands. We bowled one game and left. It was our first time there, and will also be our last.‎

This is a great place to hang out and play a few games with friends - also have leagues for the more serious bowlers. As with most alleys, this place is not smoke free, so I'd steer clear of bringing the kiddos unless you don't mind them ...

This is a great bowling alley for South County residents to visit. It is clean, has ample parking, and prices are comparable to other alleys. They also have league play if you are looking for that type of thing. Alleys are in good condition, and there are plenty of lanes so it rarely gets filled up unless it is a really busy night.

Definitely go bowling here if you are a South County resident.

We recently attended a birthday party at show me lanes. The party was quite nice, and we practically had the place to ourselves, and the staff was great with the kids. BUT, I hate that they have the party area for children in the bar, of all places, with all that smoke.
