Emergency Coverage (24/7)
Shore BreakElectric will respond to emergency service needs on a 24/7 basis within the continental United States with an onsite response time of no more than four (4) hours. Services can be offered on a Time and Material basis or built into your service plan. However, emergency services on a Time and Material basis would require pre-approval from our credit department. For each service request, a Time and Material Rate sheet will need to be signed and submitted to Shore Break Electric before an engineer will be dispatched. Having emergency coverage included in your service agreement will reduce the paper work process and more importantly, the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
