I almost did not go to Shogun's after reading the previous review. We went around 5:30 on a Saturday evening and was seated right away (we had a party of 7). The service was wonderful. The meal was very filling and very entertaining. I would go back.

The service and the food were terrible and the management could care less. We were rushed through our meal. The waiter came around only once. We sat with dirty dishes the entire meal. The "chef" literally through our food on our plates and about one-third landed on the table. I called to complain about our horrible experience. The manager apologized and stated the reason the food and service were so bad was due to a staff shortage! GO TO KOBE'S!

Tried this restaurant for the first time today, with a large (20+) group from work. Entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered from the lunch menu - $12 for steak & shrimp, plus a house salad, rice, and veggies. The salad dressing was soooo good - wish I would have looked what it was called. They cook the rice, veggies, and meat right in front of you - quite a show. The chef we had was great - very entertaining. The food was fabulous - cooked to perfection! Dinner was considerably more expensive (around $20 a plate), the lunch menu wasn't bad for price. Will definitely go again, and highly recommend!
