one word to describe these guys. Crooks!!! they started me off at around 350.00 a month by the time i got into the finance office they were trying to make me sign for 550.00 i did not feel right and walked out. Carefull from this place...!

very bad customer service and i really mean bad if you want to talk with robert,remi will pretend to be him or joe will pretend to be robert and tell you he will call you back big waste of time and very stressfull envyroment,low lifes to the max.

My wife and I were in the market for a Minivan. We heard about the Caravan having seats that go in the floor, which greatly appealed to my wife. We stopped at Sherman Dodge just to see how the seats folded into the floor. The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and actually anxious to help us. We informed him we were just looking but he didn't seem to mind. He demonstrated all the features of the Caravan at the speed we wanted to take. He was so refreshing that we proceeded to ask about the price. Within minutes we were given the price and the payment. We were so blown away that we drove home a beautiful red one that now sits on my wife's side of the garage!
Thank you to all the guys at Sherman Dodge. You now added a customer for life!

I just had a really bad experience at SHERMAN DODGE IN SKOKIE. Was told my sevice contract had been cannceled when I arrived for service. I had to take the day off of work and find thepaper work to prove to them I had paid the extra 1500$ for the full coverage. It was reinstated without an apology or any regard for the huge inconvienience caused by their company

I had a horrible experience. They kiss your butt as soon as you come in. But as soon as you purchase the vehicle, the smiles go away. They don't tell you about the incentives. The brand new van I purchased, did not want to turn on one day. That was too strange. It was towed to Sherman Dodge & they couldn't explain what happened. But they fixed it & when I went to pick it up with my family, they lost the VAN! We waited at least 3 hrs. My kids where going crazy waiting. HOW COULD YOU LOSE A VAN!!! And they gave us all these lies about how it could be at another site or something. But I knew they were lying because when we called it in, they said it was ready for pick-up. Everyone including managers and supervisors were looking for it and no one found it. Their way of thanking us was providing us a rental with little gas, literally on empty. We don't live down the block either.
Finally, we picked it up the next day. This time the van was magically there. I think one of them took it home or something and they didn't want to admit it. I know the employees there take vehicles home.Anyways don't bother with them even if they have a huge selection. Save yourself the trouble of a horrible experience.
