I took my dog in with very long nails after I had been very ill for some time. I requested my dog to be sedated to have them cut. I was charged approx. $186.00. They brought her out with her nails beautifully taken care of with a bandage on one foot. I was charged antibiotics and pain medications. My dog was so happy and running around like a puppy again. One day later, she ran so much that she ran right out of the bandage on her foot. To my surprise, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her foot. NOTHING!!!!! A few days later I received a phone call inquiring about my dog. When I explained why I was angry, the girl stated, "there is no charge here for sedation." Was she not even sedated and I was charged? Bad Care!!! Not to mention what my dog would have felt each time they cut her nails into the nerves. My poor dog!!!!! The girl told me she would relate my anger to the doctor.
