My husband and I were sent here by my contractor,Jacob Fakouri. My initial visit with Mr. A.J., my salesperson was a good one, but then I had to return on a subsequent day when unfortunately Mr. A.J. was not there, and boy did the service decline. My mother and I were totally ignored by the 2 female sales personnel people in the store and was looked upon like we did not belong. After Mr. Dick smoothed everything over, I was okay.
They are pricey here, but do not ignore the sale items which are usually good. The quality of the products is good. I would recommend Shel-Boze but limit the sales personnel to Mr. Dick or Mr. A.J.

My husband and I were sent to SHEL-BOZE by our contractor, Mark Fussell. First we called and made an appointment with the recommended salesman, Dick Whitehead. We arrived and we were given a real buyer's experience selecting and visually decorating our new home. Mr. Whitehead was extremely helpful and considerate of any changes we made during our decision making. We were also impressed with the selections Shel-Boze offered and the prices were very competitive. We left feeling that our order satisfied our expectations of how we wanted our new home to look. We strongly recommend Shel-Boze to anyone.

I was sent here by my builder to pick out and buy my fixtures for our house and got brushed off by the salesperson. While there I found they were a bit pricey but they had a nice selection. I would not recommend to anyone because of the service I was given. My salesperson totally blew me off for another customer and would not help me.
