I called shamrock plumbing for an estimate to repipe my home. I have the gray water pipe and I was told by my insurance company to get is changed or they could not insure me. I called four plumbing companies in the Orlando area, all with very good reputations. Three of the quotes were close in price and the forth was about $450 lower. Cost is not everything to me, so I checked with the BBB for all four companies going back three years.
Shamrock plumbing was the clear choice. They came in to my home and started the repipe on a Tuesday. The work was completed in about eight and a half hours and the inspection was set for the next day. Everything pass okay and the sheet rock was completed on the Truesday with almost no mess. On Jan 2, 2012 I contacted Mr. Norman through a local search on the computer. I was able to reach him right away and notified him of the problem. We made an appointment for him to come to my house. Mark was right on time. He explained to me what needed to be done to fix my master bathroom shower and also quoted me a cost for the complete repair. The estimate was free, but I felt very confident that Mark knew his business so I let him complete the job, and never had any more issues with the shower. Mark runs a professional plumbing business, his truck was very impressive, he dressed properly and explained everything that needed to be done. Upon completion he made sure that everything worked and was clean.

I called shamrock plumbing four days before Christmas because I had a leak in my garage behind the water heater.
I spoke to a person on the phone and he told me that there would be someone at my house with 45 minutes to one hour.
About 20 minutes later Mark called me to let me know he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He was right on time.
Mark was very professional and knowledgeable, he told us instead of guessing what or where the leak was coming from, he removed the water heater and connected the two pipes together to check if the leak was from the water heater or from the pipes in the wall. As it turns out the leak was on the piping coming up through the concrete. this was our second leak in that area so instead of a repair we went with the repipe. Due to the very compeditive price of the repipe and the great deals offered we also changed the water heater to a Hybrid heater with a rebate and we also changed the tub and shower valves at the same time. We got two other quotes for the was things, we noticed that Mark was supplying and installing all those extras including the repipe for the same price the other companies were charging just for the repipe alone. The repipe we completed in one day including the extras and the drywall soon after. Everything was completed before Christmas with little to no mess and before the family arrived on Christmas eve.
I wouldn't hesitate to use shamrock plumbing again for any of my plumbing issues and I will recommand them to all our friends. Thank you Mark and shamrock plumbing.

I called Shamrock Plumbing on Tuesday morning and spoke to a person on the phone who said they would have a plumber out to my house in about 60-90 minutes.
Mark called me about 30 minutes later to let me know he was on the way and would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and did a free estimate on my water heater. Due to the age of the water heater Mark recommended I change the heater instead of a repair, and with the great price I know it was the right thing to do.
Mark went and got the water heater and had it installed in about and hour and a half, he also took away the old heater.

I had all the water pipes changed in my house by Mark and his crew about a week ago. Mark came out to my house because I had water coming up through my concrete floor. Mark suggested a very good drying up company who arrived in less then an hour and went straight to work. The cost of the complete repipe was very compeditive, I had two other companies come out and give me a quote, they were at least $600-1000 more. They were professtional, clean. Job was completed in a day.
