This location was convenient for me which prompted me to try them out (next to my Gym, and close to work). I was a first time customer and needed my heavy wool blend coat for traveling the next day. Normally that would have cost extra, but I guess they were running a special and I got next day service at no charge. My heavy winter peacoat was looking brand new. No heavy chemical smell. Everyone there was extrememly friendly (dropped off coat with one person, and picked it up with another). I will definitley go there again!
