Appreciated their honesty

I called to see if they could fix my printer, and they told me straight up that (considering how little I paid for the printer and how much it would cost to replace the ancient parts) it wasn't worth it. Some places would have told me to bring it in and charged me for a costly repair, or pressured me to buy one of their new printers, but Shadow Fax was helpful and honest. Glad to have a solid local business like that in the community.‎
