We received our blinds and got them laid out and ready to install and the instructions were missing. It looked easy enough and we began drilling the brackets in. I put the blinds up and discovered, we had to put the clips on before hanging in order to put the cover on. All the blinds had to be taken down and reinstalled. It took much longer than expected. Live and learn. They do look very nice though.

We bought some roller shades and they look very nice. The staff knows about the products. It was a very nice experience working with them. We are sure to continue doing business with Shades Shutters Blinds as the need arises.

Our blinds arrived when we were out of town. When we placed the ordered, we were assured they would be placed after a certain date while we were gone.

Someone dropped the ball and the blinds were rained on and Shades Shutters Blinds refused to do anything about it.

The blinds work but you can see small water marks on them. Don't order your shades if your not available. It isn't worth it.
