These guys did several house calls on my house to clear a backed up line. After the second try they said I needed a line replaced- OK. Than they charged me 200 for a camera work that was inconclusive. approx. 600 spent. Called another plumber and line was cleared @200 using a simple attachment on the end- Sewer rat only uses a spring mechanism and it wont cut anything. The tech was also an absolute creep- frankly I was scared for retaliation if I complained to the owner. I do not reccomend these folks at all.
