Our house was less than a mile from the Anaheim Hills fire and the Smoke was terrible. I am alergic to smoke and I needed to get the smell out of my house. I called Servpro of West Anaheim and they were onsite in less than an hour and within two hours had the worst of the smell gone. They left an air scrubing unit in my home for 48 hours and when it was done, my house had no trace of smoke smell.


The Servpro of West Anaheim crew was fantastic and very understanding of my smoke allergy. I know what to do the next time there is a wild fire in our area. I'll call the Pros at Servpro!!!

My view: this company trolls fire damaged areas, uses misleading, alarmist tactics, does exceptionally poor work, overcharges (bills for services not provided) and then uses threatening tactics to get money not owed them. I will never, ever, ever use them again.
