I went online to schedule a service call to have a pipe changed under my kithcen sink. I place the appointment online at 2:30 PM for a time between 5 PM and 8 PM. I received a call that the technician was on his way at 4:55 PM and he was here at 5:30!! That was 3 hours from the online appointment to his arrival. The technician, Matt, was very thorough and put little booties on as to not track water on our floor. I placed this service call after watching "Undercover Boss" in which the COO Rick Arquilla showed some wonderful human qualities as a leader. I felt that any man who can show his emotion and love for his workers was a man that I wanted to do business with any day of the week!! I will be calling Matt back for any of my future needs!‎

I called at 10:15 on a Saturday morning and they said they would call back between 10:30 and 12:30!! That was only as little as15 minutes away! I was expecting "we can be there between 7 AM and 4 PM on Wednesday". The tech called in 25 minutes and was at my house by 11:00 AM. He looked at my problem, I added a new problem for him to assess and he came back with an estimate. I allowed him to do the work and he was done by 2:30 PM. So far, everything seems to be fine. The two technicians were real nice, polite and professional. The workmanship is excellent (they had to work with something that I had repaired several years ago, which really only made things worse). I will now recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the price. I know that this stuff is expensive but it was more than I expected. Otherwise, superb.‎
