Hoarding and Flood Experience
We recently purchased our first home and had a bad busted pipe, it was 2 days after our closing and we had not moved in yet. The previous owners were hoarders and left rooms full of junk, it all got covered in water when the pipes bursted in February. Our insurance gave us ServiceMaster by Zaba's phone number, they came out right away and explained the process to us, given all the chaos of the horrible water experience, we were very pleased with their service. Our calls were always answered at any time of the day or evening and we were never given the run around. We will definitely use them again, they are in our speed dial list.
