10/21/08 - called in the morning to see if I could get an estimate done during my lunch hour. Receptionist said "no problem" bring it in as it will only take 30 minutes at the most.
I go in at 1130AM, I stand in front of receptionist as she GABS on the phone for 5 minutes, then asks if she can help. I tell her I need an estimate & she says fill out a form and someone will be with me within 30 minutes. I explained that I had called and was told I could leave my car at lunch, go to lunch and it would be ready in 30 minutes. She said, "oh yeah we can do that too". I left it, returned an hour later and was told " oh, no one has had time to look at it". When I went in, there was 3 adjusters with 3 cars that HAD NOT been there when I dropped my car off. Obviously they took these others in front of me.

I would not take my car to these people even if I totalled my car in front of their shop. I am a man or my word and I expect the same of those I do business with. Lots of other shops to go to
