Little attention to detail. Some of the staff are a bit rough around the edges. Over all trustworthy and sweet. A young man who works there once called my 8 year old little Mama. He also kicks the foot ball very high in the play yard. Someone might get hurt.

I visited 6 other daycare centers with my children (4 years old and 10 months old). At each of them, there seemed to be one teacher or the other that I had a concern about. When I stepped into Serendipity, I was relieved. Linda in the infant room was like a grandmother. She truly cared about each baby. Experience is so important with an infant. Steanna in the 4-year old (pre-K) room was also wonderful. During my first visit there, she was actually playing in the sand with the children. She helped the children pick-up, cooked them pancakes and helped them individually with art. She was so sweet, nice and peaceful. Each staff member seemed open--honesty is so important--and the director was very fair and friendly. A newer building would be ideal, but the staff here is the best that I have seen, and I have used other daycare centers (La Petite and Kindercare) for three years.

MY CHILD WAS IN THE DAYCARE ON OKOBOJI AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR AND MY CHILD. MY CHILD WAS CONSTANTLY LEFT ALONE , THE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY THAT I WOULDN'T LEAVE MY DOG THERE. THE HEAD STAFF SHOWS NOT CONCERN OR ENTHUSIASM FOR THE KIDS, MY CHILD WOULD COME HOME ALMOST TRAUMATISED, STAFF NEEDS TO PRACTICE PROFESSIONALISM AND GOOD HYGIENE THEM SELF

The place is filthy. That is the first impression you get when you walk into the preschool. There is dirt everywhere.
The second impression you get is. Where is the supervision?
My son was left unsupervised, no telling where he could have gone or been. They have a lax policy with regards to security. Anyone can come onto the grounds unattended. Sign ins are voluntary not obligatory. I would be wary of this facility.

There is really no other word to describe this daycare! My child attended Serendipity in Monrovia for 1 month and I pulled him out immediately after finding that he had not been changed in 7 hours. How do I know this? I send different color pull-ups to daycare.
When I asked his teacher how this could have happened her response was I don??t know I was sick yesterday.
