I talked to Tracy over the phone before renting the facility. On move in day, Judy took care of me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. Mo- I think you maybe confused with Public Storage @ 914 Hopper ----------------------------------------... Choose another place! By Mo - Aug 14, 2007 Do not do business with these people. They billed me and took my money for two months after all of my things were gone and they had their storage units back. When I called over and over to settle this they said the manager would get back to me. Never did. I think I was talking to the manager and she didn't want to admit it. How do they sleep at night?
