My daughters and I have been volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank for about 3 years now and we love it. The woman who runs it is great. She has a great personality. The rest of the staff is wonderful also. You feel like family when you are working there with every one. When you first start they go over where the food comes from and how many bay area families it feeds. How the program started. My girls were amazed to hear how many families are in need of the service in their area. Great opportunity for teenagers to get their community service hours.
