Horrible experience with salon and threading!
Do not get threading here! I repeat, do not get your eye brow threaded at Seasons Salon and Spa. I had a horrible salon experience. Waited 40 minutes for Sherri (or whatever her name is) to come and get me to get threaded. Receptionists forgot I was waiting so I had to come up to them to see what is happening. Finally, I went in to get threaded and the lady who was doing it (they only have one lady who does threading) did not know how to properly thread. My whole face got threaded pretty much instead of just my eye brows. At one point she got my eye lash and my for forehead was very red. She is very slow so the experience was super painful and I have been threading my eye brows for a long time so I know what it should feel like. She was unable to get even 60% of the hairs so she plucked the rest. Horrible! And then the management is not much better. They do not reply to customer concerns, which is unacceptable. I will never return to this Salon for ANY SERVICE.

go here when in Lex
I travel all over the U.S. for a living. When I come to the Lexington area, I go to Seasons. The staff is friendly and accomadating. My color is hard to do but they handle it well and with confidence. I`ve been to there spa twice and both times it was very good.

never go here - never work here
First of all I had to rate this & no star is not an option. Now, my point: The Salon owner is a raging lunatic, who tries to control her staff with ridiculous contracts that say if you don't sign you are fired. Hence, why they refuse to tell people where their stylist went, that is the Owner talking not the staff. I have had friends who previously worked for this establishment and were treated absolutely terrible. I would go to the kiddie barber before I would go to Seasons. In all the times I visited this Salon I never felt comfortable, the owner is arrogant and looks down on people who she feels are "less fortunate" than her; if only we could all have a sugar daddy. I WOULD NEVER suggest this Salon to anyone, even people I don't like. I hope any stylist looking for a job reads that insane contract before signing it.

Incredibly disappointing...and very rude.
I have never had a more awful experience with a salon in my life. The salon staff is rude, unprofessional and dismissive.

Do not go here for a makeup application. They do not have an area or products dedicated to the service and you'll spend 45 minutes on an uncomfortable stool in the retail area bad lighting while you're made up with product testers. Need to use a product they're not "testing"? Too bad--you'll have to make due with whatever make up they have laying around.

The only high points to the salon are that Brittany (the manager) is pleasant and an accomodating over the phone and Cara (I may be getting her name wrong--she's the receptionist), who finished my make up after the salon staffer refused to finish. However, the hospitality ends there.

Nice place but I don't go here anymore.
I went here to get my hair cut and brows waxed. I was looking for a new stylist and they set me up with one who was great (can't even remember her name so we'll call her Jane). She cut my hair twice then switched to a different salon. I was perfectly happy staying at Seasons and going to a different stylist, but then I got a letter in the mail informing me not to follow the "Jane" to her new job. I had not been planning on following her, since I had only been to her twice and wasn't THAT loyal yet. But just the fact that they felt like they needed to butt into my personal choice in a stylist was really irritating. Maybe they should mind their own business and hope I stay with the salon because I choose to, and not because they tell me to.
