Sweet folks if you can find them...but not reliable

Waited 3 weeks for a repair appointment. Had to stay at home all day and cancel business appointments. They called around noon to confirm they were coming, so I hung around. At 6pm they called to say they got "backed up" and wouldn't make it until 22 days later....When your appliances are under full warranty - perhaps getting a warranty for the repairman to show should be a given?
