I got my dining table here and I was satisfied with the service. The people were helpful and the prices were shockingly cheap compared to what I expected.
One of the things I did not like was the fact that it's located by Valco Mall, which is really run down compared to the other things around Cupertino.

i got my couch here and it got it for a very good price for pure white leather. it's a very nice store and all the items are great. the store is kept nice and clean. the service was very good. they sell a lot of things like kitchen appliances, stoves, fridges, and dryers and such.

SEARS IS VERY GOOD. IT HAS VERY CHEAP DEALS. I WENT TO SO MANY PLACES TO FIND A NICE AND CHEAP WASHER AND DRYER AND MOST PLACES ARE SO EXPENSIVE. SEARS HAD THE MOST SELECTION OUT OF ALL OF THEM AND THEY'RE VERY CHEAP. SEARS WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL AND THE WORKERS WERE NICE.

This Sears store is located in the Vallco Fashion Parkway Mall. It also has an Auto Service Center. The store has two levels and lots of people working there that can help answer your questions. When I say lots of people, I mean at times there were more people working there than there were customers.
I can't tell if this is a high volume Sears store, but I can tell that it is one of the few Sears stores around in the South Bay area. They have all the Craftsman tools (that's what Sears tends to be known for). There is plenty of parking at this store. The store is also connected to Vallco Fashion Parkway mall. The mall is rather barren. If you want a mall to goto in the nearby area, goto Westfield Valley Fair mall (see my review.)
All in all, this is your typical Sears store. Except that this one has the Sears Auto Service center.
