Absolutely the worst automotive department

At the time of submitting my car for oil change, they promised to give the car back in two hours - 4:45. I am at counter and no one is there to take care of customers. At 5:15, the guy who took my order comes and says it has been hoisted, oil drained but no one to fill the oil. The manager (I think his name was Rick) just did not care. I could not take the car as oil was drained and it was hoisted.
At 6:00, another young guy at counter came and pleaded my case and I got it finally at 6:15, late for picking up my kids. Extremely terrible service. If managers don't care this is what happens. Sears is going down the drain and I was a loyal customer

Sears is a big store where we can get everything at a low price compared to other stores.But we stopped shopping with them after they messed up with our membership card and asked us to pay again for what we had paid them already in full at the shop itself.We also heard the same happened with some of our friends too!We lost a few bucks bcos of their mistake and we wont do the mistake of shopping there again.

The person who brought out our TV, was inconsiderate and RUDE!!!!!
He dropped the TV box in front of our car, and left. We tried to fit it in our car and needed some help getting the heavy TV in, but there was no one, and after 8 minutes of waiting for someone to come out, we asked the guy back to help us, and he had a bad attitude about it. As we got the TV almost all the way in, the guy started walking off and murmured in Spanish f**k your mother or some sort. We complained to the manager who said he'd do something, but didn't. Although the general manager was pretty empathetic, I would of fired the person who curses at clients who buy most appliances from their company. My husband was pretty angry, and returned the TV back to them that day.

I hope these posters mean INEXPENSIVE vs CHEAP. Cheap means poor quality junk. I think they mean to say Sears has a lot of nice INEXPENSIVE merchandise. There is a big difference.
