We went here on the weekend with the whole family. At first the prices and selection looked great. I told an employee named Daniel we wanted a washer and dryer and when we went to buy it the price went up $300.00 higher. I asked to talk to a store manager and they said sometimes there prices are not current. They then hid or threw away the sign of the price that I had wanted to buy. I will never go here again with my business. The employees did not offer any apologies and the store was dirty! Overall less than 1 star. Home Depot and Lowe's are way better!

I have read all of the reviews on here and I have to say where are these people going? I do have to say my fiance and I almost missed out on amazing deals. Thankfully we did not let the negative reviews stop us from seeing it ourselves. I have to say the sears outlet is AMAZING!!! So many things to choose from. They had an amazing selection of appliances. They even had televisions and grills...and pool tables. Things i did not think would be available. Well i have to say we got a great deal. We purchased a drier, washer, stove and fridge all Kenmore for an amazing price. We received a 20% off already reduced items. Our appliances were all stainless steel, except for the washer and drier. Our total came out to 3,900 including 3 year insurance on our washer and refrigerator. Compared to the actual sears store we ended up saving around 2,000 dollars. The stove we bought was brand new, not a scratch on it. Some stuff does have cosmetic wear but it is hardly visible. Also, they have more of just one so you have a variety to choose from. But our overall experience was fantastic. We had a great employee helping us throughout our shopping time. It made it so much easier.

We just returned from the Santa Ana, CA outlet and I must say that we were horribly disapointed! Prices (at their discounted rate were higher than even Lowe's.

I would NOT recommend this store at all! Don't waste the trip or gas.

This outlet always has a large supply of household appliances and matresses, and a smaller variety of outdoor products depending on the season. With bonus coupons and sales, the applicances can be 65% off the original price. Some do have slight dings or dents, but many are just discontinued models. I purchased a french door refrigerator that listed for $2200 for $650, and it was in perfect condition. I found the service to be good. The only negative is it is located in an industrial neighborhood that could be rough at night.

I consider this store the best of the best of all the outlet stores in California, they have one of the best customer service. The salesman working constantly gave me a good impression. Of course I went on a Saturday and it was really busy salespeople are the best they work so hard, When I had gone to the corona outlet sore they were all sitting down some just wondering around the store and others texting on their phone. This is why I give this store a five star
