Rude salesperson by Roy O. at InsiderPages

I went to Sears last winter just before Christmas to pick up a gift for my nephew. An older gentleman helped me to find the shop vac that I needed, and he was very helpful. The owner, however, was incredibly rude! He seemed to really have a chip on his shoulder about the larger stores in the area, and became very upset at me when I wouldn't provide my phone number at check out. I don't like to give out my personal information when I'm buying one item and paying cash. Why should I?

I will never return to this location again.

PROS: I found what I needed, helpful salesperson
CONS: very rude owner
