I took my car to Sears for two specific problems - intermittent dash warning lights and coolant leak. I was told the coolant leak could not be fixed as GM no longer made the part needed (my car is a 1997) and that Sears does not fix heater cores (if that was what was needed - they were not sure) and does not do electrical repairs. . After four days, I took my car to another shop (Muldoon Auto) where the problem was fixed in less than four hours by replacing a part Sears assured me was no longer available. In addition to receiving wrong information, the salesperson at Sears was rude and difficult to communicate with. I will NEVER take my car there again.

I brought my vehicle in to have the tires changed and mysteriously now the engine light is on. They obviously broke something and did NOT own up to it. They admitted that something was broken and that it was specifically related to the tires but that it was broken before I took it in. Are you joking?! It is a brand new vehicle and I think I would've noticed if the engine light was on. THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR SHOTTY work. They made a mistake and are too ashamed or cowardly to admit and just fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are extremely dishonest and disrespectful.
