I have lived here for a little over a year and I love it. Im pretty young around 25 and feel welcome, not sure what jes675 is talking about. There are some generation gap issues between a few members of the park but nothing that escalates into "unpleasantness."

I am fond of my neighbors and only find a few to have been offended by me so as to act in kind return. Sometimes you cant help but tick off a neighbor, it comes with the culture clash. Seriously not a bad place to live. Most neighbors great you with a wave and a smile.

This place has great yard space and they accept small dogs! The annual community garage sale is a great event. Lovin the location.

I have lived here for a while and found I like the house fine but some neighbors are unpleasantly confrontational and the front office sends out these terrible offensive news letters with snippets from the news paper they think you should read. Its a total waste. The featured advice articles have a nice old person scared of change and young people today have it all wrong kinda hinge to them. This was a retirement park at one point but it isn't any longer. I feel totally unwelcome and am looking to move out as soon as possible. On top of that things that the front office said they would fix on my property have been left undone for over a year. Its highly disappointing and irritating. They also send selective threatening warnings to you to fix things on your homes exterior while dissregaurding park maintenance and clearly neglected properties.
