Poor Service and Professionalism
I only heard of Scott Fence because one of their company vehicles Lic. # 8S43020 was speeding through the morning commute near Mira Mesa on the I-15S and cut me off dropping rocks and dirt onto the freeway which ultimately damaged the hood of my vehicle and caused numerous chips and cracks in my windshield. Upon calling the company I was instructed to get an estimate and they would compensate me for the damage caused by their vehicle. One they had the estimate from Henson and Sons, the story changed. The owner no longer was willing to compensate me or even speak with me directly!!! I was offered no apology or any type of reimbursement for the damage. If the owner of a business acts in this way, I can only imagine the type of service they provide their customers! I highly recommend staying AWAY from this business.
