Scott Hill is a veteran in the business with impeccable taste. The selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories in the store is sophisticated, unique, and always a cut above (Ralph Lauren, Isaiah, Etro, and many other high quality as well as rare labels). The service is also a cut above: Scott, Helena, and the others are committed and give true personalized attention; they are so talented at helping you choose items and combining the right pieces. The in-house tailoring is expert.

Did not deliver custom clothing as promised. Then failed to commmunicate delay, which was a month over due. Repeated phone calls to inquire about the order were unreturned, though promises from his staff that he would respond. Mistake was to prepay the total which was a few thousand, he was no longer interested in completely the order or honoring his word. Shameful and quite disappointing. He represented himself quite differently during the "sale" of the clothing. Bad business practices and for a custom order the quality and workmanship was below standard...buyer beware.
