Poor Service by melanie r. at InsiderPages
My husband and I went there last weekend to look for a 10 year anniversary gift. I wanted to purchase a Rolex for my husband but when we got there, the staff did not give us service. As they were finished with their clients, they went to the back to talk. It was very apparent that they didn't want to provide service to us. Not sure what have have been the reason because we were polite and properly dressed. Perhaps we are not of caucasian decent, though I hate to assume that was the reason. Since the store is so small that you couldn't have missed us standing there waiting. After waiting for more than 15 minutes, we left.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The store is small and the Rolex collection is smaller. I guess since it's a family business, they don't have to serve you if they don't feel like it.
