When I went to this dealership 2 years ago there were so awesome. Went out of their way to correct an issue with Saturn of West County in St. Louis. Now I dread going back. In November of 07 my car was acting funny. I own a 2002 L100. A faulty part that Saturn Corp is aware of broke while my car was in their care and they told me I had to pay to fix it which would be 3 grand! Well, after being told I was a LAIR, being talked down to because I am female and calls to Saturn Corporate my car was fixed and I had to pay a very small fee around $400 for pretty much a engine. Fast forward March. My gas peddle floors at 30 MPH. Now you can all laugh at me for this but I thought it would stretch out. Of course my guy friend laughed at me and said no. Took the car in they fixed it and I was in and out. Now my car is making a terrible sound that only started after they touched it. The car has less then 59,000 miles on it and already has a new engine pretty much. I am so sick of the dealership and they way I have been treated. I have made this clear to corporate and will do so again. I would think twice about servicing your car here or even buying one because as my brother was told during my November issues from the Service Manager "we are here to sell cars, not fix them". Remember this when you take your car in for servicing. This is my 2nd Saturn and will be my LAST!!!
