Purchased a used car. They inspected it and were going to repair what was needed. Vehicle needed tires to pass inspection. They put 3 new tires and left one old one. Firestone laughed because those very tires were on sale, buy 3 get the 4th free.
Muffler was hanging and needed a clamp. Rather than fixing it right, they welded the clamp to the muffler.
The list goes on and on...
Pros : Service with a smile.
Cons : Shade Tree Service should be in their name.

I ordered 20 cam cap bolts. It took over a month to get them in and they were wrong! When I attempted to return them YOUR PARTS MANAGER THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY!! THEN HE SHOWS ME THAT THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF BOLTS, AND HE ORDERED THE WRONG ONES! I left without returning the wrong bolts because I was so mad that had I lingered, someone was going to get whacked
Pros : I will never have to worry about buying annother saturn, plus I GET TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!
Cons : I still cant rebuild my engine, lacking the bolts, and unwilling to return to your incompedent parts dept.
