SAticoy Self Storage was beyond great it was magnificant. I loved storing with them i felt very secure and my stuff was safe because they have cameras everywere you turn . Its the cleanest storage place ive seen. Thank you for your great service if i had the money i would store there again.

Lots of miss communication from and in between their staff.
When you try to bring something up their staff is completely rude, they don't understand that they are a business and that customer service should be the #1 thing. Everyone says they are the managers but when you need something done, nobody can do it except for the person who already went home. Storing my stuff there was a complete disaster!

1. I made an appointment for their driver to drop off the trailer, and due to the miss communication between their staff the trailer was 2 hours late. Then they tried blaming it on me.

Then the first time i used their storage i paid $119 for a about 32 days of storage, by using their service i figure id be the same, well this time they gave me for $119 about 2 weeks and 2 days. Almost half less then before. They argue that the staff is very well trained and they always mention that you pay for only 2 weeks, well it was my second time renting a unit and not the first or this time did they mention anything. They say their special is 119 for two weeks how is that a special when for the full month is 240?

Then they say they are 24 hrs seven days a week access, and is even on this site, well call and that is a lie that is only for businesses. SP PLEASE REMOVE YOUR FALSE AD. just like the one you have on your site of SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, because there was no satisfaction here.

Then the manager HAROL completely rude calls you from his house number yelling at you because you are complaining to his girls, instead of trying to help the customer, and when you try to call him, he causes at you for calling his home phone, when he called from that number.

They also locked me out a couple of times and lied to me that nobody could open the gate, when they have people leaving in the storage units and the rvs. after that i didnt feel secure with leaving my stuff there because yeah they have cameras but they also have people leaving there.

And come on those positive feed backs they have here, all added the same day???PLEASE

the storage place was very polite, it is very clean and there are no prioblems with this storage.

Saticoy self storage is one of the best storages i have ever had the pleasure of storing with. The personal are fantastic and very poilite. The storage is one of the cleanest i have ever seen to.
