My sister made an appointment for us. Last minute my sister's husband has a medical emergency and we had to cancel. The manager/ receptionist calls us liars, yells at us on the phone, refuses to let us speak to the owner, hangs up on us , and then charges us 50% for services never rendered. No heads up about this policy when the appointment was made. I can't believe that the salon would put someone so rude as the first interaction when a client walks in.
