I'm not sure about the other review. Waits are mostly very short and both Dr. Bortz and Wetterholt are caring and knowledgeable.I've always been happy with my care here.Great when you need a quick visit for a simple problem.

I got to know the waiting room very well in the Saratoga Walk-in Clinic. It may sound like it would be convenient to walk right in without the hassle of making an appointment, but I am warning you now that you pay the price in other ways. I played a staring game with the walls after I had finished reading each magazine from cover to cover. The total wait time for me was a very painful 2.5 hours. The doctor i saw was knowledgeable, brisk, cold, and rushed. I would not say he was a bad doctor because he gave me a prescription that solved the problem, but his bedside manner was sorely lacking.
